Where to see the Birds

1. Along Thyborønvej, you can simply pull
   in and walk across the railway line for a
   wonderful view of the area.
2. 
   On Gammel Landvej – between Thyborøn
   and Rønlandvej – there are plenty of
   places to stop for a close look at the
   ducks and wading birds on the meadows
   that run down to the sea wall; especially
   if you stay in your car.
3. 
   From the old railway causeway, you can
   look out over the lake and two islands.
   
4. On Refshalen, south of the Agger ferry,
   you can often see large numbers of
   purple sandpipers.
5. 
   Thyborøn harbour is also well worth a visit.
   Especially the outer pier to the north.
